I'm Tia: a Realtor® licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts with Real Broker, and the kind of agent who'd rather talk you out of the wrong house than push you into it. Born-and-bred in the Granite State. From Epping out toward the seacoast, into the Lakes Region, and across the southern tier — I know the towns, the school districts, the back-road shortcuts, and which homeowners' association is going to drive you crazy.
Cross the border into the Bay State and I'm right there with you. Especially friendly to folks moving north out of greater Boston who want a little more land, a little less traffic, and a porch that catches the afternoon sun.
